KMS VL ALL 是一款由 MDL 论坛大神制作的KMS激活脚本，可以在线或离线激活 Windows、Office 及 VL 版产品，与其它激活工具相比，这款 KMS 激活工具可以检查Windows及Office的激活状态、自动激活Windows及Office的KMS密钥，无需联网、激活成功率高、执行速度快、支持几乎所有VOL版、支持自动续期。跟许多激活工具不同，KMS VL ALL 在Win7下无需安装.NET Framework 4.0即可使用。

英文原版因为编码和简体中文不同，所以会导致创建计划任务出错，此汉化版由hwh0488制作，不仅仅是汉化了脚本的操作界面，而且也修正了创建计划任务出错的bug，推荐大家使用此汉化版。

OEM/MAK/零售 已永久激活的不影响，如支持可转换为VL；它还支持MAK、零售未激活的版本：
