我现在想将旧网站http://www.91djb.cn跳转到新网站http://www.luotuoma.com；我现在写了一个.htaccess文件，请问这个文件是放在新网站的服务器上还是旧网站的服务器上啊？

还有.htaccess文件这样写可以吗？这只是部分跳转页面
